“I found recently with the leaving of a very valuable person (and his wife) from our church, that where it took only one of him to get the jobs done, it now takes 5-7 people to do everything that he did while he was here.
“What I learned in this is that even though God can accomplish His will and deeds with only one person, but when more people have to help to fill in and complete His little tasks, God was using this opportunity to grow the “little” people better so that the church can actually grow and branch out.
“Remember that we are all parts of the body of Christ, the Church, but it does no good for a “tooth” to be bigger than the “big toe”. Even though the tooth might bite and chew really great, the body has a habit of losing its balance because the big toe is too small and can’t give the counterbalance that the body needs.
“Sometimes, we just need to let some others experience the “growth” that you may not really need, or maybe you can spread your wealth of knowledge to someone else so they can grow in their Christian walk.”
