Almost Isn’t Good Enough!

Charles Haddon Spurgeon

“Almost saved is altogether lost!
There are many in Hell who once were almost saved,
but who are now altogether damned.
Think of that, you who are not far from the Kingdom.
It is being in the Kingdom that saves the soul,
not being near the Kingdom.”

–Charles H. Spurgeon

What To Do Next…?

Micah 6:8 “He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”

If you’ve ever wondered what it is that the Lord wants us to do to be in His will, well here you go.  If it doesn’t fit within those walls then you might want to think twice about what you are about to do.

What is God’s Will For My Life?

“Many people ask me what can they do to find out what God’s will is for their life.

My Answer: I’m too busy doing things for God to find out what His will is for me to do for Him.”

— Mark Davis

Philippians 2: 13
For it is God which worketh in you both
to will and to do of his good pleasure.”

Working vs. Receiving

chspurgeon

‎”Beloved, here is a test for us—is our religion a receiving religion, or is it a working and an earning religion? An earning religion sends souls to Hell. It is only a receiving religion that will take you to Heaven.”

— Charles H. Spurgeon
